• MOVIEFINDER CUSTOMER LOOKUP SCREEN  

MovieFinder allows you to set up a separate in-store screen
where your customers can look up the thousands of movies available on DVD and/or video stored in your ROCKET movie database. The simple to use search engine will search by title, star, director, latest releases or by any of the words in the title. Because MovieFinder is integrated into ROCKET, it always knows which titles in the database are available in your store. It’ll even tell customers if there are copies currently available for hire or purchase. Works in conjunction with the VideoSource Select database (see below).

• PHOTOCHEK MEMBER ID - "gives added security for hirings"  

ROCKET’s optional PHOTOCHEK Member ID module allows you to take upto five photographs per membership, for added security. A simple USB webcam can be used to trap the customers’ photos either at join up or for any current member. Photos can be deleted and re-taken at any time, and member details, debts and photographs can be printed out for record keeping or debt collection.

• PHOTOCHEK TRANSACTION ID - "linking every customer to every transaction"  

No more "It wasn’t me who hired that movie".

No more arguments with clients as to who hired or bought what and when. 

No more searching hours of security tapes to find a face. 

Set up at the serving counter, ROCKET's fully-integrated PHOTOCHEK Transaction ID module automatically takes a photograph at the end of each transaction, to show the person being served. There’s nothing extra for the operator to do!

• VideoSource Select movie database interface                                     

"All the movies, all the stars, now inside Rocket!"

ROCKET’s brand new movie database interface now allows you to access the VideoSource Select movie information directly from inside ROCKET. Have all the movie details inside your Product file – for rental and retail products - linked to titles already in your store or upcoming new releases. And keep it all up to date with the twice-monthly VSS subscription service provided by Trade Service of Australia (Initial database load may also need to be purchased from TSA.).

• Overdue Letters Module

It’s the quickest, easiest and most cost-effective method of getting out overdue letters to those persistent late renters!

Comes with three different letters:

• An initial reminder to return overdue items

• A follow up letter

• A letter of final demand

And so easy to operate: just click on the icon, enter the number of days overdue, and ROCKET will read its database and automatically print out a letter for each member who has overdues within the day range selected.

All letters show details of the items outstanding, and ROCKET calculates and prints the extended fee due as at the date of the letter. And they print with the name and address in the correct position for a window-faced envelope. So, save time and costs on label printing!
 

• Debts Letters Module

Sick of paying debt collection fees? Now ROCKET gives you an easy way to chase debts yourself before handing those bad payers over to a debt collection agency. 

ROCKET’s Debts Letters Module contains two separate debt letters – one, firm but gentle, the other warning of further action over the debt owed. 

And they’re so simple and easy to use. Just enter:

• The debt balance range,

• The last active date range, and

• The payment date range

Click on the icon, ROCKET will read its database and automatically print out a letter for each member who falls within the ranges selected.  

Letters can be designed to print with your store logo and company details, and we can customise the words to suit your store.
