MovieFinder is brand new movie and games titles database software. It allows you to set up a separate in-store screen where your customers can easily look up the thousands of movies available on DVD and/or video stored in your Rocket movie database.

The powerful, but simple to use,

search engine will search by title, star, director, latest releases or by any of the words in the title.

As MovieFinder is integrated into your Rocket POS system, it always knows which titles in the database are available in your store. It’ll even tell customers if there are copies currently available for hire or purchase, and where to find them in the store!

with Rocket and the integrated VideoSource Select movie title

database provided by Trade Service

System requirements

MovieFinder is a single-user system, and runs off a separate workstation on the Rocket network. It requires Windows XP (Home or Pro) in 1024x768 resolution, and 256mb RAM.

As the data is read from the Rocket

server the hard drive doesn’t need to be large.MovieFinder cannot be exited by the public unless the machine is reset. To exit MovieFinder you need access to the MovieFinder administration menu, and a password.
